ALA 265: Better Experience

A List Apart No. 265 has just hit the streets of the interbew. It’s a fantastic new issue with articles by ALA’s own Carolyn Wood, in addition to new ALA author, Lisa Herrod

Carolyn’s article, Putting Our Hot Heads Together, addresses how to keep the peace in commenting and forum situations, while keeping the conversations moving forward and productive.

Lisa’s wonderful article, Deafness and the User Experience, on enhancing user experience for the deaf community takes a hard look at ways we can help to increase the online experience for users who are hearing impaired.

As usual, both are wonderfully written and should be read multiple times and memorized (there will be a surprise quiz later;)
